PropWire is a digital platform designed to connect individuals seeking to buy, rent, or find short-term property with a network of verified real estate professionals, agents, and landlords. Our Service allows property seekers to post their property requests and receive offers from our professional network.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

• Property Seekers: You may create a free account to post property requests and receive unlimited offers.
• Real Estate Professionals: You may register to access and respond to property requests posted by seekers.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. PropWire’s Monetization Model

• Free Listings: You can post a request for free and receive unlimited offers from agents.
• Connections (For Property Seekers): A "Connection" is the mechanism you use to get the direct contact information of an agent or landlord and to proceed with an inspection or viewing. Connections are purchased through our paid plans.
  Connections (For Professionals): Real estate professionals are charged a fee when a property seeker uses a "Connection" to engage with their offer. This fee is a cost-per-lead, ensuring you only pay for serious, high-intent inquiries.
• Buyer Badges: The Serious Buyer Badge and Priority Buyer Badge are visual indicators that signal your level of intent to the professional network, helping you receive prioritized responses.

4. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
• Due Diligence: All real estate transactions carry risk. You acknowledge that PropWire does not verify the content of offers or the legitimacy of properties. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any transaction or agreement.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activities, to post false or misleading information, or to engage in spamming or harassing behavior.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any content or offers posted on the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropWire and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropWire, its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
