What is PropWire?

PropWire is a platform that simplifies your property search. Instead of you spending time looking for listings, you post a single detailed request for the property you want, and our network of verified agents and landlords sends you offers directly.

How does PropWire work?

1. Post your request: Create a listing with all the details of your desired property, including location, budget, and type (e.g., Duplex, Apartment, Bare Land, etc.).
2. Receive offers: Our network of professionals gets notified and can send you offers that match your criteria. You can receive unlimited offers from the network.
3. Connect and inspect: When you find an offer you like, you use a Connection to initiate an inspection and meet the agent.

Is it free to use PropWire?

Yes, you can post a Free Listing and receive unlimited offers at no cost. You only pay when you want to make a Connection to an agent to schedule an inspection.

What is a 'Connection'?

A Connection is the key to unlocking an agent's contact information and scheduling a property inspection. You use one Connection to get the details for one agent whose property offer you want to view.

Why do I have to pay for Connections?

We charge for Connections to ensure that the agents in our network are dealing with serious, high-intent buyers. It helps filter out "window shoppers" and ensures that our agents' time is respected, which in turn leads to faster and higher-quality responses for you.

What do the badges mean?

The Serious Buyer Badge (Basic plan) and Priority Buyer Badge (Priority plan) are visible to agents and signal your level of commitment.

The badges do not mean we have performed a background check on you.

They simply show that you have invested in your property search on our platform, which encourages agents to prioritize your request.

What are the different plans available?

• Free Listing: Unlimited offers, but you must pay for each Connection (N5,000 per Connection, with a minimum of 3).
• Basic Listing: Includes a Serious Buyer Badge, 5 free Connections, and a discounted rate on additional Connections (₦3,000 per Connection).
• Priority Listing: Includes a Priority Buyer Badge, 15 free Connections, and your request is featured at the top of the Wireboard for 30 days to get maximum exposure.

What is the 'Wireboard'?

The Wireboard is the dashboard where you can see all the active property requests from seekers. You can filter and sort them to find requests that match your properties, and send offers directly.

How do I respond to a property request?

When you find a request on the Wireboard that you can fulfill, you can send an offer with details about your property. You can include photos, a description, and the price. The seeker will review your offer and decide whether to use a Connection to contact you.

Do I have to pay to use PropWire?

No, signing up and sending offers is completely free. You only pay when a seeker uses a Connection to contact you, earning you a commission or a referral fee. This ensures that you only pay for serious, qualified leads.
